RMA instructions will be provided via email with the steps to return the item. will ensure quick processing of your return. Once we receive the item returned for warranty, our technicians will test and repair your item. In the event your item can not be repaired, we will replace it with a new one. This process takes 7-10 business days. A valid receipt showing the purchase date is required. We will only warranty products purchased from an authorized reseller such as rockvilleaudio.com, audiosavings.com, and Amazon.com. Customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse. We will cover shipping costs to get the item back to you.
